Thirty Charlotte firefighters controlled a structure fire in the 9200 block of Widden Way in Ballantyne on Thursday, Oct. 15, with no injuries to civilians or firefighters.
Engine 22 was on scene and reported light smoke showing from the structure, the Charlotte Fire Department posted on X. Crews had the fire under control within 12 minutes, the department said in a follow-up post.
The Charlotte Fire Investigation Task Force is working to determine what caused the fire.
